Our "BE WELL" hygiene programme of the Althoff Hotels is still a matter of the heart for us and we do our utmost to offer you the greatest possible safety and excellent service during your stay in our hotels.

With the following measures we try to protect you, our team and all friends of the AMERON Neuschwanstein Alpsee Resort & Spa.

• Mouth masks are provided for our guests upon request.
• Hand disinfection dispensers in the public areas (lobby, restaurants, bar, lifts).
• Disinfection dispensers at the reception and toilets
• Disinfection of contact surfaces (door handles, lift call button, counter surfaces at reception etc.)
• Regular ventilation of public areas

• Only one signature on arrival, if you have already submitted all guest data online.
• We recommend cashless payment if possible
• Disinfection of room keys and cards

• We spoil you with a breakfast buffet from 07:00 - 11:00 am. A traffic light system shows the occupancy rate at breakfast times.
• Our restaurant Lisl opens daily for house guests from 06:00 - 10:00 pm. We kindly ask for timely table reservation.
• The Ludwig Bar is open from 12:00 am - 01:00 pm.
• Disinfection of tables, counters, invoice folders, menus etc. after each use.

• Events can be held regularly
• Regular disinfection of all surfaces by staff as well as regular airing of the event rooms
• We are a reliable partner for videoconferencing with appropriate equipment

• Regular disinfection of door handles, light switches, handrails on stairs, etc.
• Cleaning agents with Dr. Schnell certificate
