The continental breakfast is provided at the Hotel my Südstadt in the cafeteria from 07:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Please note that breakfast is only available from Monday to Friday. The cafeteria is closed on public holidays.

Breakfast is charged at EUR 11.50 per person.

Burn off some energy in our fitness room, the perfect balance to a strenuous or eventful day. Modern fitness equipment is available here from 08:00 AM to 10:00 PM. You will also find a small selection of drinks and snacks. For further information, please refer to the signs on the refrigerator.

On weekends the Bistro EXTRO offers you a wide range of food from 10:00 AM to 03:00 PM.

Alternatively, you can buy bread rolls and pastries at the Zimmermann bakery from 07:00 AM.

Ride a bicycle and explore the bike-friendly city of Bonn and the surrounding area! Cycling is fun, healthy and CO2 neutral. Our partner "Die Radstation" at Bonn main station lends, repairs and stores bicycles.
