Your health, and that of our employees, is our highest priority, so we have prepared all necessary safety measures and will be a prudent host to you.
As of Thursday, 17 February 2022, hotels, shops, restaurants, cultural institutions and publicly accessible facilities as well as events will once again be accessible without a mask and certificate. The mask requirement at the workplace, the home office recommendation, the permit requirement for large events and the restrictions on private meetings will also be lifted.
The only restrictions that will be retained are the requirement to wear a mask on public transport and in health care facilities. The travel restrictions will also be lifted - exceptions will only apply to persons entering from states and areas with a variant of the virus of concern - currently there are no exceptions. There is no longer any need to present proof of vaccination, convalescence or negative tests or to complete an entry form. With this, the Federal Council is repealing practically all previously applicable Corona measures in one step.

PUBLIC AREAS
- Hand disinfectant dispensers in the public areas (lobby, restaurants, bar, elevators)
- Disinfection dispenser at the reception and toilets
- Hourly disinfection of contact surfaces (door handles, elevator call button, counter surfaces at receptions etc.)
- Regular ventilation of public areas
- Maximum number of two persons for simultaneous use of the lift (except for persons travelling together)
- Attention is drawn to hygiene rules of conduct through notices at central points
RESERVATION, RECEPTION, CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
- We recommend a cashless payment if possible
- Disinfection of room keys and cards
RESTAURANT AND BAR AREA
- Disinfection of tables, counters, invoice folders, menus etc. after each use
- Food and drink lists can be viewed online via your device
EVENTS
- We are a reliable partner for video conferences with the appropriate equipment
- Regular disinfection of all surfaces by employees and regular ventilation of the event rooms
ROOM CLEANING
- Regular disinfection of door handles, light switches, handrails on stairs etc. at high frequency
- Cleaning agent with Dr. Schnell certificate
